Getting Started

I am so excited about getting started on our Dixon Family Book Club. Here is my plan. I am going to post stuff periodically that people can respond to if they want to. Questions to contimplate, background information, words defined. Stuff like that. There is no pressure to respond, or even read it. It's just something to make reading a bit more fun and interactive. I know everyone has stuff going on, new babies, new babies on the way, quilt stores opening, graduating and trying to find a job, little things like that. I am proposing a slow pased timeline. I am not going to set chapter due dates but I would like to suggest that eveyone be finished with the book by April 16. That gives enough time to read about 10 pages a day with a few days to slack off. I am hoping that on the 16th we can have some kind of conversation. The details of that will need to be worked out. I am excited to get started. Happy Reading.

    I just finished a book and hope to dive in today. Stacy, I think this is really great idea and look forward to sharing this classic with the family.
